Hi folks,

We have a user here who is sometimes able to get the RBOD by opening their mail file and then closing notes using File/Exit Notes.

What makes this interesting is that we are running notes through Citrix, so the Notes client is being executed on the Citrix server, where many other users use notes in the same way quite happily without this problem ever occurring.

I'm assuming it must be some form of corruption in one of the files peculiar to the person, either their mail file, or something in their notes data directory. The mail file was down to 27% usage, but it has since been compacted and the problem has occured after that.

Has anybody seen a situation like this?
